Invoices and payments

Car ready, send invoice builds the invoice from the approved estimate and texts/emails the pay link. The odometer is required first.
Text pay link resends it. Customers pay online with the shop's own payment processor.
Staff record cash, card, check or other payments on the RO. Deposits and partial payments count toward the balance.
Fleet customers can be charged to their account instead (see Fleet accounts).
