Tech: on the tech screen open the job and tap Start inspection. Mark each item green, yellow or red, take photos or video, and add measurements (pad mm, tread 32nds, battery CCA). AI suggests a status from each photo; the tech confirms. No prices show on the tech screen.
Office: the RO shows one row with red / yellow / green counts. Open it to see findings, add the suggested estimate lines, and send the report by text and email, copy the link or print.
Customer: sees photos and notes by urgency, and can approve items.
