The shop management system that answers your phone and orders your parts.
TotalBay runs the front counter, the bays and the books for independent auto repair shops, and it picks up the calls you're too busy to take.

Everything the shop does, in one place.
Built inside a working repair shop, for shops that would rather fix cars than chase paperwork.
Answers the phone. Orders the parts.
- Mark AI phone and parts callsMark picks up the calls you miss, greets regulars by name, books open times or texts the check-in link, and texts you a short summary. Signed estimate or recorded OK? Mark calls the parts in automatically, just like a service advisor, and the order number lands on the repair order.
- Text-a-picture check-inCustomers text a photo of their dash, tag or problem and they're checked in. Keys go in the drop box, day or night.
- Online booking and remindersCustomers pick an open time (verified by a texted code), then get reminders so they actually show up.
In the bay
- DVI with talk-to-fillTechs talk; the inspection fills itself in, with photos the customer can see.
- Torque specs and safety checksSpecs on the job and safety checks before the car leaves the bay.
- Scan tool photo reading, before/after scansSnap the scan tool screen. Codes are read into the job, and before/after scans prove the fix.
Paperwork that protects you
- Signed work orders, declined-work warningsCustomers sign on their phone. Declined safety work is recorded and shown next visit.
- Every text and email loggedOne outbox for every message the shop sends, so nobody has to ask “did we tell them?”
- Cores, warranty, sublet, coupons, sales taxCore returns, warranty jobs, sublet work, coupons and a sales tax report, built in.
Customers who come back
- English and SpanishCheck-in, texts, estimates and the portal in both languages.
- Customer portalCustomers see their cars, history, estimates, invoices and what's due next, with a texted code, no password.
- Loyalty and gift cardsPoints on every paid visit and gift cards that work at the counter and online.
- Fleet accountsFleet customers, their vehicles and their billing in one place.
Run the business
- Payroll and efficiencyTech hours, flagged vs. clocked, and payroll numbers without a spreadsheet.
- Multi-shop owner viewOwn more than one shop? See them all on one screen.
Keep your ALLDATA or Mitchell. TotalBay works beside it.
Don't rip out the repair info your techs already know. TotalBay handles the phone, check-in, work orders, texting and payments, and sits right next to it.
The real app, not a mockup.
Screens from TotalBay running with sample data, on the desk computer and on the customer's phone.

How does the free trial work?
Free for 30 days. Card required at signup. Nothing is charged during the free trial. Billing starts automatically on day 31 at $249/mo unless you cancel. We email you a reminder before then.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee. It's month to month, so you can cancel anytime.
What does Mark cost?
Mark, the AI phone assistant, is a $99/month add-on. It includes parts-ordering calls (up to 200 a month). Everything else on this page is in the $249 plan.
How many users can I add?

Can I bring my customers over?
