QuickBooks Online

TotalBay can push invoices, payments and (optionally) expenses to QuickBooks Online. It is one-way: nothing comes back from QuickBooks.

• It stays hidden until the TotalBay server has QuickBooks app keys. Then the owner goes to Settings → QuickBooks Online → Connect QuickBooks.
• Only invoices from the sync start date on are sent (the day you connect, changeable).
• Invoices use summary lines (Labor, Parts, Shop supplies, Fees, Tax). No part numbers, brands or suppliers go to QuickBooks.
• The sync log shows every item, with Retry.

Don't use QuickBooks? Ignore it. The QuickBooks CSV export on Financial still works.
