A ticket is an RO that was invoiced or paid, never a cancelled one.
Average ticket excl. $0 / warranty leaves out $0 tickets and Comeback, Warranty and Goodwill ROs.
Comeback rate comes from the RO type on each RO (Customer pay / Comeback / Warranty / Goodwill).
Profit uses true parts cost. Part lines with no cost are flagged, never guessed.
Imported old ROs are left out unless you tick the box.
The owner can also get a daily summary text with these numbers (Settings).
